Copper Mining Transfer Anti-Abrasive Material High Chrome Cast Alloy Cr27, Cr28 Mining Slurry Pump
Slurry pump is designed for continuously handing the most difficult higher abrasive slurry which contain too big solids. The centrifugal slurry pump is suitable for delivering strong abrasive slurry containing bigger particles in mining, explosive sludge in metal melting, dredging and so on. The advantages of the pump are heavy flow, easy installation and operation, good performance of NPSH and abrasion resistance.
Pump features
1). Cantilever, horizontal centrifugal Slurry pump
2). Better wear-resistance and corrosive resistance
3). Frame plate for type pumps have replaceable wear-resistant metal( high chrome alloy ) liners or rubber
liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal( high chrome alloy ) or Natural rubber .
4). In allowable pressure range, it can be used in series in stages, and allowable maximum working pressure is 3.6Mpa.
5). Expeller seal, mechanical seal and packing seal are available .
6). The discharge branch can be positioned at interval of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
Application and Features:
